Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity
Brief: To evolve the charity’s branding, and improve the public understanding of the charity’s mission: providing specialist nurses and support for seriously ill children.
Outcome: A re-brand that simplifies their logo and clarifies their purpose. Their brand mascot is now seamlessly integrated into the logo, where it previously felt detached. The type has been unified and captures the joy of the Roald Dahl typography.
Furthermore it has progressed into a modern and digital facing design with scalability in mind. Now identifiable from a social profile and lanyards to canvas bags and fundraising banners.
The Development
Here are all the ideas that I developed on the route to the final design.
